Overall update:
The shipping container that contains my RR special editions was detained in customs back in April because of a paperwork issue that has nothing to do with my books. But, because the shipper shared a container with other unknown entities, my merchandise is legally tied with that container and until that paperwork is resolved, they are holding the books.

9/21 - No new updates - still expected to receive books by end of Oct.
8/31 - Should have reprinted books in hand by end of October. The factory is rushing a reprint and expediting shipping.
8/24 - Books are being reprinted. New ETA on production/shipping time is pending. Original books are still held up in customs, however if they ever arrive, I will be allowed to keep those too.
8/17 - Company contact is looking into reprinting costs as a possibility to get the books reprinted because customs seems to be at a standstill - unclear about whether it is getting picked up from customs or if reprinting would be faster.
8/4 - Emails were sent out to all readers who preordered
